Number of times I've seen Creed perform:
One. but I have 2 (maybe 3) to look forward to in February. Favorite Creed song (and why):
Hmmm...tough one. Faceless Man or Don't Stop Dancing
- Faceless Man reminds me that I don't have to "walk alone." As for Don't Stop Dancing, I think Scott himself says it all "Whatever life brings, I've been through everything. And now I'm on my knees again but I know I must go on. Although I hurt I must be strong." When I first heard of Creed:
When I was moving into my new house, my sister's fiancee put Human Clay into my CD player. I listened to it as I unpacked, and LOVED it immediately, which is unusual for me. It usually takes a while for an entire album to appeal to me. I was 8 months pregnant with my son at the time, and commuting about an hour each way to work. One day during my drive I was listening to the CD, and payed extra attention to With Arms Wide Open. I had never really listened to the words before that day. Needless to say I started SOBBING, thinking about the baby inside of me. When I arrived at work, makeup smeared down my face, everyone thought something was wrong. Once I explained, they all just thought I was crazy. But there was no doubt in my mind that these guys were incredible. And I haven't been able to stay away since.
Creed concert experiences: My husband was assaulted by a Security guard and we spent most of the 3 Doors Down set in the First Aid building. The bastards.
Creed related
stories: I haven't met anybody. Except Benny the Bull. And the Secretary of State in Illinois. I need to get out more...instead of sitting in the Unopened Doors chat room all damn night.
