Scott is not married.....the reason is because Hillaree decided she was too young and she wanted to keep modeling. She also wanted someone who was going to be home with her more often...and Scott was always touring.So....they decided to divorce....they lived together for a short period after the divorce for Jagger's sake...but it just didn't work.....so Scott bought her a house near him and they are getting along great. Scott has parental control over his son.
