but... Creed does not give meanings to their songs. they leave that up to the listener.. lettting them take from it what they see themselves. so actually you both are right! =-)

Only a slight difference and it does make a difference depending how you interpret it.

 

If ANYONE knows the true interpretation i'd be grateful as it's costing me a small fortune in headache tablets and ear plugs!!
