maybe you shouldn't have demanded.  Maybe you should have requested a refund politely.  They may have actually been nice enough to explain to you what information they need from you to start the refund process.
 
I suppose that would be too easy.  Besides, all they want is your tickets and confirmation number.  How much of a hassle could that possibly be?

Yeah, here's what ticketmaster had to say to me when I demaned my money  back from them on line like how I bought them! My replt to them is "what  is a confermation number?" They had no problem selling my tickeys on line and getting there money asap, now we wait and send our tickets off in the snail mail, and hope for the best.I want to say don't buy from ticketbasterds but how can you not if you want a good seat! I think we should get together and sue them for return of all
chargers!
