The following paragraphs are my emailed response to what Scott Tribble
had to say about one particular member of Creed at his website
http://www.stribble.com/writings/creed.html
. If you read what he has written I think it should dishearten you considering
how most Creed listener's feel about their music. I asked him to retract
what he said and it should make him feel quite like a troglogdyte if others
did the same. His email is at the above cited link, so let him know he is
a fool.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> As a Harvard Grad (as you claim) are REALLY serious when you say Scott
Stapp is Satan? How can you be so sure he is SATAN? And if so, are the
rest of Creed band members fallen angels as well? Why, if Scott Stapp is
Satan, who will deceive the whole world into giving him allegiance, you MUST
know the identity of the Anti-Christ (Case #3). How is it that more than
one of your quotes come from "unofficial Scott Stapp Homepages"? Don't tell
me a Harvard Grad is quoting some 15 year old girl who has Scott Stapp posters
wallpapering her bedroom and has her own Scott Stapp homepage for all her
classmates to chat on? In addition, why is it that only you, Scott Stribble has access
to this crucial information? Why haven't other industry rags written about
the Satanic Scott Stapp or is this the exclusive story of Scott Stribble?
I suppose your explanation for his WAWO Foundation would be the luring of
more children into his lair. "The Foundation's intent is to raise public
awareness of the importance of healthy parent-child relationships in whatever
form they may arise; to provide encouraging support and education to parents;
and to identify and address problematic areas that impede the development
and/or maintenance of healthy, loving, nurturing parent-child relationships."
I find it hard to believe that Satan would have the time to endeavor in philanthropy.
He should be too busy writing spriritual lyrics too deceive all of humanity
into eternal damnation. You either are quite disappointed with your own failings at
music (despite all the purchases of musical instruments); OR you were passed
up in the bid for designing Creed's web site(s) only to see Three Mountain
(also coincidently in Chicago) win the bid; OR you are just an idiot who
got into Harvard on daddy's fat wallet. You should take care in what you write and post to the internet.
The internet, for whatever reason it was invented, can only be protected
by its users in the of writing words that are edifying and not defaming.
Only the users of the internet can truly keep it an avenue of good information.
Unless you have proof that Scott Stapp is Satan you should
retract what you wrote. There are a lot of young people out there that may
choose a path of non-destruction based on the words they hear from Scott
Stapp and his friends. They are reaching a lot of people in a positive way
and I don't see how that is Satanic. By the way, Satan had a disastrous car accident recently.
Why would he do that to himself?
