I think the point is it's not WHAT you say, it's HOW you say it. I'm rather disappointed to see so many people talked down to. I guess I'm just not understanding why if a question and/or comment bothers a person on this list so much...maybe just don't answer it/comment on it, and move on to the next email, and let someone else answer that has a little more tolerance and patience?

Is your life so sad that you have to talk to people in that manner? Can a person ask a question on this list w/o being talked to like their stupid, just because they don't know info you deem as something everyone should know?
