Re: One Last Breath I agree that it's up to personal interpretation as to how any one person might interpret the words to this or any song, and only the author could know it's true meaning. "One Last Breath" is one of my personal favorites from this newest CD.
To me, and for me, I read it's meaning to be:
"All I have come to believe up to now is on the verge of change". "That I'm close to falling from what I strived for before, because it was what I believed was the way,  and that I'm now at the crossroad, still close enough to go back, yet far enough away to move forward." "That what I had believed was my path to grace, (be it with God,  a parent or other relationship which we treasure) may not be so after all." "And it's fearful to make that choice, and risk that safe connection, good or bad." "That I'm reaching out for help, comfort, and confirmation, in this decision"  "That hope still exists that I'll find it, and that I won't exist in my choice, alone".

Since this is going to be the next single (allegedly it has been confirmed), would anyone care to try and explain what they think it means?  I do understand, of course, that everyone may have a different interpretation and there are no right or wrong answers.  The guys are supposedly working on the video now, in between the legs of the tour.  (Not between the legs, exactly, but you know what I mean.)
