Wow Christi, that was beautifully put into words, I am going to print it out to share w/my friends so they can see I not crazy.  I can't even put into words what the bands lyrics mean to me.  Thanks for sharing !

I have been a spiritual person my entire life, seeking the truths and what
is real. The early teachings, or I should say, "doctrines" of the churches I
was raised in were not it. Nether did they meet my needs, nor did they work
when applied in my life.

It took me so long to figure out my heart, my belief's and it was the
occurances of my life which brought me to my present understanding. Getting
to this place was so hard, and the songs of "Creed" echo my own feelings and
the paths it took for me to get here. I feel such a bond with the hearts,
the spirits, which put these thoughts, these fears, desires, and hopes,
into a form which is shared with so many.

Those who hear and feel and understand are one.
