Well, in my own personal world around me, things like that do not exist. I am sorry they exist in your own. But in my own opinion, it just sounds like some of these women have self esteem problems. I would never ever allow such a situation in my family. If I were married and I had a child and he was cheating on me or had a child with someone else, he would be GONE! I would not want my child to follow in their footsteps. That is not a good example of how the world is.
