I talked to my doctor today, and he told me something interesting. You know
the "old wives tale" about drinking warm milk before bed? Well he told me
that when you heat up milk, it produces something called L-Lysine, which
helps you sleep. And that was available as a vitamin supplement for a while,
but it's hard to find now cause some lady Overdosed on it, and sued some
vitamin company. So I tried it tonight, and it's only 1:00 and I'm already
tired! Yay me (and Dr. Lloyd)!!!
