I'm not SURE, but being a recovering addict myself, and LISTENING to him last night, I can come to no other conclusion. I'm not saying it to be an asshole (for once), I'm saying it because he TRULY did sound absolutely smashed. The opening intro was what I would call a dead giveaway. "Duuuuuuuuuuuude, what up Tremonti!" He sounded like ME 3 years ago.
