BTW - What is the big deal with the server information being passed on? It didn't work anyway! At least not for me.
So she made a mistake. .. I have had people type in the list address and send it to the list before... Even though it was intentionally sent to the person without the list address included.
I'm sure that I have done the same on a few messages myself.
