Well, back in the early nineties, GnR came here for a show, it was at a brand new amphitheater and they were the first rock band to perform there.
Well they were about two hours late for the show and by the time they got there the crowd was pretty pissed already, well they did about two songs then Axl saw somebody in the audience with a video camera and he jumped into the crowd and attacked the guy, then he got all pissed off and just walked off stage and left. Well that didn't go over very well because everybody there started basically rioting, rushing the stage, people from the lawn were running towards the regular seating area, people were tearing up the chairs, the equipment, everything. I mean, I know people were pissed that they left early, but damn, is that a reason to act like out of control animals? Anyway, Axl had to stay in St Louis for the court trial, he was charged for starting a riot, and various other things, GnR haven't been back here and I know they will never come back. And what sucks is that at that venue, they had these huge video screens, really awesome, and after that happened and they got destroyed, now they have these really small ones, they didn't want to put the money into expensive ones I guess.

Even though he is an ass, I would have liked to seen GnR live. But that will never happen even if they do get back together since they won't ever come back to St Louis. I don't think he's even allowed to come back here, I'm not sure.
