Subject: Creed e-news 11-13: 7 days to go and lots of
news!
Hey Creed fans,
The news is
coming fast and furious as we get set for the WEATHERED release date next
Tuesday, so let's get to it!
Creed
traveled to Dallas today to join with Cowboys coach Jerry Jones and the
Salvation Army, to announce that the band will perform at the halftime show of
the annual Cowboys Thanksgiving day football game. The game against the Denver
Broncos kicks off at 4:05 PM EST from Texas Stadium - see it Thursday 11/22 on
CBS-TV!
The band will be doing a live online Chat on AOL this Saturday
11/17 at 3 pm EST! It's all part of AOL's Artist of the Month feature on Creed,
where you can also enter to win a trip to interview the band at a local concert.
And speaking of chats, we've had great response to the band member chats
on the CREED Q&A BOARD
so far, and we want to thank everyone for the great questions for Scott, Mark,
and Scott! Mark Tremonti will be back on the board tonight from 8-9 pm EST, and
we'll have other band members back to answer your questions through the week.
The band is of course super busy this week, but they're working hard to squeeze
in an appearance on the board every night - watch CreedNet for the latest updates.
The "My
Sacrifice" video premiered last night on MTV's "Making the Video." The show was
an amazing look at the song, the video, and the entire process behind it -
complete with flooded streets, exploding guitars, and one mean tiger! If you
missed last night's show, catch it again this week at: - Tues. 11/13 9:00 pm
ET - Thurs. 11/15 11:30 pm ET - Fri. 11/16 7:30 pm ET - Sun. 11/18 6:00
pm ET Let MTV know how you feel now - vote here for "My
Sacrifice" on TRL. Plus remember you can always see the video online at CreedNet.
And of course, don't forget -
Creed is on Saturday Night Live this week!
