Well Tanya I don't know if it's so much that you're a fan of the artists, but it could be because you're a fan of the genre. I know that before I became a rock fan, all the damn bands sounded alike to me. Now I am able to make distinctions. I know many people who aren't fans of pop music, can't tell the difference between Nsync and BSB. BTW thanks for posting the article, you were right, it's a good read.
