Hello Agie.....long time no see ;)

I like your interpretation of the lyrics....it's very close to what Jim was saying, I believe. I think Stapp is being very clear on this particular song as to just what he thinks about all his backstabbers!

Personally, with this particular song....the lyrics don't hold as much meaning for me as the song itself. I love that it's hard, that's it loud and that's it's powerful. I know this will be one of the show-stoppers at a live appearance. I can almost see Scottie belting it out now.....ahh....I cannot wait for January!

About the lyrics - I believe it's something like "What if" part II, maybe like the end, conclusion. For me (and maybe for him) something about people who hurt us and do it on purpose, but are let's say "cowards" and can't even admit to it, can't look in our eyes. Plus they're so interested in your life, that is getting just sick. I think the main line, which can define the song is "at least look at me when you shoot a bullet through my head". Yup, that's my favorite verse:)
