I think what Jim meant by "not the favorite of the majority of Creed fans" was - when were talking on the list about our favorite songs a lot of people mentioned other songs and there weren't many people who consider "Inside Us All" their favorite.

I think he doesn't have to like the new song. "My sacrifice" is little different, because it has more positive message, than the other songs. I find it good myself, but there are people, who just like "darker" lyrics (if I can say so). Let's don't forget, that according to Scott there are much heavier songs on the album, lyrics may be different too, we need to wait and check.
And they probably wanted to chose a song for a single, which could be played in different radio stations, like for example pop stations. I assume - if they chose harder songs not all radio stations would like to play them. Of course I may be wrong, but that's how it works here (Poland).

Check out the video sometime. I am not bashing the song from Creed. I
just hope that there are better songs on the album.
My favorite song on HC was Inside Us All. But that was not the favorite
of the majority of Creed fans.

How can you make such a statement?  How do you know what song was a favorite amongst Creed fans?  Even if songs like "Higher" and "WAWO" got many people into Creed.  How do you know that once those people bought the album, "Inside Us All" was not a favorite?  "Inside Us All" was never released as a single which also makes your statement completely invalid.  Had it been released as a single, you have no idea whether it would have been a favorite or not.
