My guess is that it will look pretty much exactly the same.  think about how many people it would require standing in a solid mass (not a hundred feet apart on their front lawns) to equal the same amount of light as even one single street lamp.  Thos light masses on the map are localized around major cities like Los Angeles, Miami, Detroit, Las Vegas, New York, and so on... those little specks of light here and there on the map are cities with as many as 100,000+ people in them... street lights... house lights... all massed together... and they come up as a single speck.  You do the math.  (and since Keith isn't here, I'll follow up with) LOL.
