It's only because she probably hits reply all which I guess is out of habit, I don't think she's doing it purposely. I know when I hit reply, one only goes to the person, but reply all makes sure it gets to the entire list, it happens all the time, I just read one and delete the other, no major inconvenience really. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it.
