pretty strict "academic" requirements and some of the academies are really
strict, but that's not what I'm talking about. It takes a certain
personality to be able to make it through a boot camp and also to thrive in
a military environment. On the other hand there are some personalities
that wouldn't make it 2 days of boot camp. The recruiters know this. They
see them both coming a mile away. It's part of what they do.
