Another funny thing is some
records are released at totally different time in different European countries.
Some will never released here...I think it's also like that because
rock music isn't so
popular here like in the States :( and people actually don't buy that much
cds...Hope it wasn't too long...
The reverse is also
true. Their are TONS of imports at most music stores, import meaning it
was released SOMEWHERE (not necessarily, but USUALLY Europe) overseas. For
instance, Metallica has 8 studio albums, and my complete collection of said
releases comprises 14 discs (3 for the box set, 2 each for Garage Inc. and
S&M). However, they have released MANY "versions" of certain songs
strictly overseas, and then WE get them as imports.
As for rock being so
popular here, what can I say? "God bless the
USA!"
