1. STOP SIGNING YOURSELF UP FOR THINGS THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO BE A PART OF AND/OR DON'T KNOW HOW TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM... IF YOU DON'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SOMETHING YOU SIGN UP FOR, THEN BY ALL RIGHTS, YOU SHOULD BE STUCK ON THAT LIST FOREVER.
