Well that's possible too, but you see I don't know this person Tom Smull and I don't remember him writing to me before (and me to him), so why he should have my address in his address book...I don't have all addresses of people subscribed to the list in my address book...

Actually, I don't think this is a real person.  If so, then it may be the last person infected with the virus.  In that site Nightstorm posted it says that when you open it, it finds it way into your address book and sends itself to everyone in your address book.  If someone has the list address in their address book, then a copy gets sent to all of us.  More than likely this person (if he is in fact real) doesn't know he's sending it.
 
I recommend reading the "tech" part of that site.  It shows how the message the virus travels by can differ.  So that is making me think this person is just random.

It seems like some kind of jerk subscribed to the list , he knows our addresses and is sending this virus to people. Thanks for posting this Gina, I should have done the same.
