That's nice. I take it that you
aren't willing to let this subject die off as requested, huh? And I don't
recall saying anything about a car, or someone selling me one. Why would I
want another car? The one I have now is working fine. And I
rethought "where I could legally purchase" just like you asked. I'm not
exactly certain WHY you wanted me to rethink that, since it still means the
exact same thing to me.. legally purchase. I don't see where that mentions
me stealing a car... or stealing anything else, for that matter. But you
seem to make a connection there somewhere, so good for you.
At least when the topic was regarding
Napster, it was musically related. Now it's totally off subject. But
in all honesty, the entire conversation has been of no interest to me.
Being a person who could care less about MP3-trading, sharing of video's, and
such that you continue to discuss over and over and over regardless of whether
anyone else wants to see or hear it anymore, I'll just put a stop to seeing it
at my end, and you can stop whenever... have fun... let me know if you ever have
something to discuss that's worth listening to (like perhaps, Creed). Oh
wait... I won't see it anyway. Oh well... loss to me. Now if you'll
excuse me, I have a couple of MP3's and video's to download from Creednet... oh
wait... downloading MP3's isn't allowed, is it... gee, and they were even
supplied by Windup. Guess I'll just have to rip them off the CDs.
*shrug* (everyone DOES know sarcasm, right?)
P.S. Lee, Agie, Nikki, Denise, Tara, and
any of the other true list members that were here through it... Beth was never
this bad, or this annoying... you all do realize
this, right? She at least went away...

things like stealing cars)

Subject: Re: Re: What I don't get
As I said before, this isn't about
Napster. It's about consistency.
But you do make one analogy I'd
like you to rethink. "where I could legally purchase".
Debbi likened it to stealing a car
because the keys are in it. Still stealing.
You're now saying that if the owner
won't sell you the car, it's ok for you to take it without
paying?
Sorry, no. It's still
stealing. You don't give up your legal copyright simply because you
don't make what you have copyrighted available on the open
market.
Try to justify it as many ways as
you want, it's still distributing someone else's property without
permission.
