There's no question about it -- it's a really complicated issue.  If it were simple, the industry would have worked all this stuff out long ago.  Maybe sometime we'll have that discussion again, but I don't know about  you... I'm not up for it today. heh.
 
Anyway, my point (and I know you know this) wasn't to hash out the napster discussion again.  I was just trying to brag ;-)

Another thought on the stealing vs. sharing issue... a radio station played the Metallica S&M album in it's entirety... a guy recorded it from the radio station, and burned it to CD... and his comment on the Napster issue was something like "Are they going to sue the radio stations and make them stop playing their singles next?"  (My thoughts on the issue are a bit complicated, so I won't post them here... but that's something to think about).
