i checked out that site, and it is very interesting...seen as they have a plug in for winamp, i think i'll try it out...and let you all know what i think...has anyone else besides jim checked this out?

That's a new one to me, Jim.  I've never heard of .ogg

But their site thinks they're the best thing since sliced bread!

I am setting up a program that makes an ogg file out of a wave file. It
plays like an mp3 file. But it is different and is incompatible with an
MP3 exclusive player. The sound quality is great. But I don't know what
standard it uses.It took a 20 meg wave file and made a 3 meg ogg file.
