I never think about an album title when it comes to buying a cd. I mean it's not the thing that decides. Of course I always think about the title, but it was never like I thought just because the title is for example "MOP" the music is like that or like that. I pay more attention to the cover, than to the title. But the most important is music of course.  The self -titled albums remind me of boybands and pop girlies - like Britney S, BSB, etc.
I agree with Jim that "Hide" may be a reaction for all the fame. I think it may be some kind of dialgue with "What if", I don't know. Well, if we had the lyrics we could say more for sure. I just hope it's not gonna be another slow song, but something more up lifting or harder. To show that they're not just "WAWO" or "Higher" type of songs band - like a lot of people things.
