Perhaps they're looking to have a complete collection of all the Creed CD's, and since the singles would constitute as a CD, it would be neccessary to have them as well to have a complete collection. And I believe that Bound And Tied was only released on the MOP Import (on Creed Cd's, that is)... I may be mistaken, mind you, but I know it's not on Tara's US version of MOP, but it is on her European version... and I have yet to see a single for it anywhere on all the sites I've been to...
