I really feel for ya Matt, cuz I suffer from the same thing.

I should be the very last person to give people advice on love, but I think you should just try and strike up a conversation or something at first. Nothing complex, just ask her how her weekend was or something (obviously don't do this on a thursday or friday cuz well duh!). That's how I would go at it anyway. Good luck
