Ross, just out of curiosity, what version of OE are you using? Have you tried right-clicking on the e-mail, and selecting "Move To Folder" then select the Deleted Items folder? I'm kinda stumped on this one... haven't actually heard of this kind of problem before (I've come across people who don't know how to delete mails, but never that they can't). It sounds like you may have acquired a buggy version of Outlook Express... and I mean, can we be surprised? Look who designed it... lol. If you're using an older version of OE and would like to perhaps upgrade to a newer version, I would be more than happy to help talk you through backing up your e-mail so you don't loose any of it (assuming you aren't already updated and that is the problem). Other than that, I'm not exactly sure what to suggest here. {=o/
