It definitely has to me. The one I remember vividly is in my dream, driving down a road in a really old car with 2 of my friends, and I remember smelling something really strange (not alcohol, but something like it. Can't classify it) then a few minutes later, Pete (my friend driving) hit into a telephone pole.

Then maybe a month or so later (not in a dream), It was deja' vu! Same road, same time, same friends, same car, I remember telling Pete to pull over. They thought I was nuts when I told them why. :) But glad we did because I remember smelling it again, and finding out it was something like brake fluid. Rendering the brake useless. I'll never know if that day would have ended like it did in my dream, but glad we didn't find out. :)
