hi reid/brock! welcome to the list...interesting, a paper on creed's lyrics...well, you'll find plenty of interpretations from our fellow listers, i'm sure...that's the cool thing about them, that they are open to interpretation...everyone hears them just a little differently...altho a few are obviously specific ie., With Arms Wide Open being written when scott found out he was to be a father for the first time; What's This Life For referring to the suicide of a close friend of scott and mark's; and Wash Away Those Years about a friend's rape. good luck with the paper...
