should get another message confirming that you are no longer on the list.)
6) Did I send the message to the server? (If the answer is yes. You are
off of the list and have time to devote to things that interest you.

I hope I am not making it more difficult than it is. But if so, find a
message that has a link to the form version of the above tasks. Then you
will only have to do step 5 and 6.

Here is the link. Just type in yor email address. Make sure that the
list says Creed and the function says unsub. Then submit the form.
Again, step 5 and 6 are still needed.
