Go to http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp and enter your e-mail address (the one that is subscribed to the list) in the space provided... then select CREED from the dropdown box asking which list it is for... the dropdown box at the bottom has the options you have... select UNSUB. You will recieve a mail confirming... and you're off.
