I always thought they were pretty good to until I had to return my computer for repair about six months ago.  The computer was under warranty so the company got in touch with UPS to pick up the machine at my house.  They couldn't even find my house.  For six days they went to the neighbors place and kept leaving notes on the door saying that they tried and I wasn't home.  After a while I called them and made it clear I had been home every day and explained where I lived.  Finally after all this time a guy came walking up to my house and yes he did take the computer but he said that I would have to pick up the necessary papers from the office including my receit and tracking number.  Yeah right they didn't even know who I was.  Now those idiots had my $2,000 dollar computer and I didn't have anything saying that they took it.  This from people who couldn't even find my house.  The entire shipping and repair was supposed to take less than five days and it was now going on two weeks.  I kept calling the company over and over and with no tracking number they couldn't do anything.  Next I called the repair center and they said it had never arrived.  I don't mind telling you I was beside myself.  At the end of this horrible ordeal I got a call from the local UPS office saying that it was now sitting on the doc and would I like it brought out to my house within 2 to 3 days!  LOL  You know it, I politely got the name of the girl on the phone and told her in no uncertain terms that if that computer got out of her site she would have me to answer to within the hour.  When I got there they were so polite and seemed to be very helpful.  However my computer had never been taken out of the box.  Because UPS was late in picking it up and apparently it was lost for some time the company refused to fix it and demanded that a new work be filled out and it resent.  NO way, I ended up fixing the computer myself.
This is the funny part, UPS was the company that deliverd the computer to my home in the first place.  Really I'm not that hard to find.
Keep Smiling
