Just a little nitpick, but “skunk” weed is usually BAD weed.  There are exceptions, but a better comparison here would be “she was so high she smelled like she had rolled in a pot field”.

Higher chicks are those fake looking chicks in the Higher video that act like they know all the words to Creed songs and think they are hot shit cuz of the way they are dressed.  Needless to say, this person thought she was one!  ANd to answer your other question YES, she was so high she smelled like a "skunk" weed!!
