Hey Mike!
I know Stabbing Westward
(thanks to V, she's a big fan of them), actually I was reading few days ago they
were kicked out of their label KOCH, because their last record didn't sell as
the label thought (grrr...) I know this new cd and the "Darkest Days", I think
"DD" is better.
I understand what you mean
by voices and those comparisions. It's kind of annoying. But there is another
thing I actually noticed lately when I was reading some reviews. Some people
still describe Creed's music and write something like post-grunge, they make
comparision to grunge.Personally I don't think Creed sounds like a grunge band
(maybe MOP was little post-grunge). Then there is this new band Puddle Of Mudd
and people wrote "they sound like Nirvana". I don't know POM's cd, but I never
thought they sound like them. And critisc compare every new band to those older
bands in 90's PJ, Soundgarden, etc. I don't think it's good to compare music now
and then. I don't think a band actuualy is listening to for example PJ cd and
then go to the studio and says "hey, let's ripp of PJ and make our sound just
like them, so we will sell 10000000000 copies" LOL
NP - now playing, for
example NP:Puddle Of Mudd - "blurry" (i started to like this song)
Anyway, gotta go now,see
ya

I don't think it's fair to be comparing these bands to each

totally don't think it's fair to be comparing them to Creed
