Just got my people magazine in the mail and what do I find a review on "Weathered." Here goes:

>>>>>
After selling more than 10 million copies of their last album, 1999's Human Clay, on the strength of the No. 1 power ballad "With Arms Wide Open," the dudes from Creed are now ready to rock. With guitars blazing and dark, ominous bass lines rumbling, their third disc will quickly have you wondering if you mistakenly picked up a Metallica CD. Known more for their heavy lyrics addressing big issues like spirituality (lead singer Scott Stapp was raised as a born-again Christian), this time around they seem determined to be recognized for their heavy sound.
While the trio is sure to win over a few head-bangers with songs like "Bullets," Weathered won't scare of the TRL crowd either. For all Creed's bluster and bombast, they can't hide their basic pop sensibilities. Stapp, who clearly aspires to be the post-grunge Eddie Vedder, is at his bellowing best on radio-ready cuts such as the melodic single "My Sacrifice," where he indeed succeeds in taking one higher.
Bottom Line: Creed cranks it up  <<<<<

Except for that whole pop and Eddie Vedder comment it is a pretty positive review and it's about time the guys get their Kudos for their talent
